Manufacturer’s Warranty: 10 Years

Snowman Cooler, LLC, provides the following warranty (“Manufacturer’s Warranty”) to the original owner or purchaser of walk-in coolers and freezers manufactured by Snowman Cooler. This Manufacturer’s Warranty solely applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. This Manufacturer’s Warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties whether expressed or implied and is not effective or enforceable upon equipment which has been installed improperly, altered or otherwise damaged due to misuse.  All manufacturer’s parts are free from defect in both material and craftsmanship under the normal conditions of use and operation. Snowman Cooler’s obligation under this Manufacturer’s Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at Snowman’s discretion of any manufacturer’s part that it deems defective within ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.  This Manufacturer’s Warranty does not include any labor or freight charges in association with the replacement or repair of defective parts. At no time shall Snowman Cooler be liable for loss of profit or revenue, loss of use or for any indirect, circumstantial or incidental losses including, but not limited to, product or food loss. All electrical and refrigeration components must be installed by a licensed contractor to meet the requirements of this Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Panel Warranty: 10 Years

Snowman Cooler, LLC, warrants that all panels it produces are of sound craftsmanship and quality (the “Panel Warranty”). All panels are free from defect in both material and craftsmanship under the normal conditions of use and operation. Snowman Cooler’s obligation under this Panel Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at Snowman Cooler’s discretion of any panel that it deems defective within ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. Any repairs or replacement under warranty are FOB factory.

Hardware Warranty: 1 Year

Snowman Cooler, LLC warrants that all hardware used by the manufacturer will carry a standard one (1) year warranty (the “Hardware Warranty”). This Hardware Warranty applies to hardware replacement only. Labor charges are not included.

Refrigeration Equipment Warranty: 1 Year

Snowman Cooler, LLC, warrants that all refrigeration equipment will carry a one (1) year warranty on compressors and components when installed by a certified refrigeration contractor (the “Refrigeration Equipment Warranty”). The manufacturer’s obligation under this Refrigeration Equipment Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at manufacturer’s sole discretion, of any component which proves defective within one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This Refrigeration Equipment Warranty does not include labor charges. Any repairs or replacements under this Refrigeration Equipment Warranty is FOB factory. All electrical and refrigeration components must be installed by a licensed contractor to meet the requirements of this Refrigeration Equipment Warranty.

Optional Warranties

Snowman Cooler, LLC, offers an optional extended four (4) year compressor warranty and an optional first (1st) through fifth (5th) year labor warranty, available upon request.
