DESIGN
Snowman coolers and freezers are custom built for you with no upcharge. Whether you are looking for a walk-in beer cooler, front of store floral display, or hidden storage cooler, we will design your cooler or freezer into the perfect shape to fit your needs.
ASSEMBLY
We pre-assemble all freezers and coolers in our factory to ensure the modular panels fit securely. After a rigorous inspection, we label, package, and ship the components in weather-proof packaging for final assembly at your site.
PANELS
Our products are made with Galvalume® Plus clad, rigid tongue and groove polystyrene insulation. Panels are fitted with rotary action cam-lock fasteners and equiped with extruded PVC gaskets to ensure easy assembly and airtight fit.
FINISHES
Your Snowman cooler comes standard with our Galvalume® Plus finish. Our walk-in coolers and freezers are also available in black, white, stainless steel, or other finishes upon request.
FLOORING
Our standard flooring finish is smooth aluminum. You can add options, including stainless steel, diamond tread plate, and additional reinforcement.
DOORS
Flush-mount walk-in service doors come standard with a dual digital temperature display & switch, heavy-duty chrome door latch, safety release, and LED light fixture with vapor proof seal.

Design proofs are prepared for your approval to ensure accuracy prior to the manufacture of your walk-in cooler or freezer.
3. Manufacturing
Snowman Cooler combines the latest technology with quality materials and proven construction techniques to produce our high-efficiency walk-in coolers and freezers. From materials to production to assembly, our manufacturing team is committed to building your cold-storage unit to the industry’s highest quality standards.
4. Testing & Shipping
Your Snowman Cooler is pre-assembled at our factory to make certain all modular panels fit securely and design specs have been met. After test assembly and rigorous inspection, components are dismantled, labeled, packaged, and shipped to your location for final construction.
